Adair Leadership Development

ACL is the brainchild of Professor John Adair and has been used across the world by literally millions of leaders both in the military and business. It focuses on the actions a leader must take to be effective and is relevant at every level in an organisation from team through to operational and strategic.
The course, which is highly practical and exercise based, also draws on the delegates' own experiences and explores the qualities of a leader and shines a light on some of the factors that motivate individuals and teams.
Delegates create an action list to commit themselves to specific actions upon return to their workplace.
