Union 'Blacklisting' to be outlawed

Plans have been put into place by the Government to ban the 'blacklisting' of workers who have been involved in union activities
Draft regulations have been published deeming it illegal to sack employees or refuse candidates employment if they have appeared on a 'blacklist'.
The regulations also permit unions and their representatives to pursue a claim for compensation from those who compile, distribute or use blacklists.
