Under the Welsh Assembly Government, Workforce Development Programme, free advice is available to *SME’s in Wales.
*employing one or more members of staff
An appointed advisor will review your company’s business plan and strategy with a view to identifying any skill shortages that may be required in order to improve the company’s performance.
A learning plan will be developed and training identified. Up to £1,000 (50% match funded) can be claimed against this training.
