Under the Welsh Assembly Government’s Workforce Development Programme, free advice is available to *SME’s in Wales.
*employing one or more members of staff
A Human Resource Development (HRD) Advisor will review your company’s strategy to ensure all staff development and training deliver on business objectives.
Help the company improve its approach to management and training by building an agreed training plan.
Identify training and development requirements and produce an agreed learning plan. Up to £1,000 (50% match funded) can be claimed back against this training.
Help the company fulfill its training and development needs by linking it with training organisations and sourcing the right courses.
Support the company towards the Investors in People award.
