Our Outsourcing Advisor service is designed for businesses who do not have their own specialist person in-house, but require a level of expertise that can be called upon as and when needed.
In a nutshell, an ‘outsource service’ is where you pay a monthly fee giving you unlimited access to our support.
Outsource Services can cover either employment support, health & safety, or a combination of both.
Our typical outsource service includes:
- 'Pay As You Go'. No tie in on contract (following the first 3 months of contract). You contract and pay on a monthly basis.
- Agreed number of pre-arranged visits per year to conduct a review, provide feedback and update relevant documentation.
- Remote telephone advisory cover
- Free ‘emergency visits’ at short notice to meet and deal with urgent employment / safety related issues.
- Preparation and review of documentation (as required due to new legislation, changes in work activities, personnel, disciplinary issues, etc).
- Updates on pending legislation, new developments, etc.
- A maximum 4 hour response time to queries where practicable
- Proactive contact (email or telephone) – where we will contact you on a periodic basis to ‘touch base’ and keep up to date with any issues arising at your Company.
- Liaison with Enforcing Authorities and Insurers if required.
Insurance for Employment Disputes
We can also provide legal expenses insurance to cover you for the potential cost of Employment Disputes including:
- Legal representation at Employment Tribunal
- Compensation awarded against you by an Employment Tribunal
- Legal Expenses related to Health & Safety Investigation/prosecution
