Find out more about our HR and employment services
Your team will be your biggest resource and Amarisk can make sure that you manage the relationship properly in terms of HR and Employment.
We operate with organisations across the South West of England and South Wales, ensuring that key documents such as employment contracts and handbooks are in place and, most crucially, employers are knowledgeable and confident in their use.
Most of our clients work on a long-term basis through a monthly outsourced arrangement (no tie-in contract, pay-as-you-go) ensuring that you contact us first with any potential queries you have. We really get to know you, build a relationship and make sure that the service is bespoke to you and gives you exactly what you need.
HR and Employment and Safety can contain some dangers for employers but, with common sense, clear thinking and the right systems in place, you will stay clear of trouble and focus on making your organisation more successful and developing your people.
Key to this process is developing leadership at every level and ensuring that directors, managers and team leaders have the skills and confidence to undertake what is the most important part of their role – developing the team. We can assist with this through the range of training courses we offer.
